Taymour B. Semnani’s practice focuses on civil litigation, transactional matters including real estate and contract negotiations, and insurance defense matters.
Mr. Semnani has experience defending clients’ insureds and businesses with regard to premises liability, products liability, and other personal injury claims.
As former General Counsel to a private equity office in Salt Lake City, Mr. Semnani also has significant experience involving real estate and transactional matters. He advises corporate and individual clients regarding contracts, leasing, lending, acquisition, partnership, and development transactions.
Prior to joining Clyde Snow as an associate, Mr. Semnani clerked for the firm and also served as an intern at the Office of the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney in Washington.
