
T. Edward (Ted) Cundick
Of Counsel
Mr. Cundick focuses his practice primarily on bankruptcy law and creditor’s rights. He has extensive experience representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in all aspects of complex bankruptcy proceedings, financial restructurings, and workout-related litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Utah and Texas. In addition, Mr. Cundick also represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Cundick brings a unique perspective to the practice of law as he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bill Parker, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas for three years.
